New Vision

In an attempt to update you since this, The Husband is regaining his sight.  Apparently his eye is getting better on its own and everything we were told by the specialists were wrong.  The new theory is that perhaps he experienced a hemorrhage in his eye so that what was though to be macular degeneration was, in fact, blood and now the blood is dissipating and his vision is clearing up.  Of course, as I said, this is still just another theory.  The great news is that his eye is getting better on its own.  He goes in for regular checkups and if his progress appears to be slowing down, then he might consider steroid injections to help it along.  But so far, so good.  It has all been pretty amazing.  Strange, but amazing.
